Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data NunoPT collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice in the cookie banner, analytics storage is set to denied: no analytics cookies are written and no identifier is stored on your device.
If you select Accept, Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
- _ga, used to distinguish visitors. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_V3BLBBFXNP, used to keep session state. Expires after 2 years.
If you select Decline, no analytics cookies are set. In both cases your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key nunopt-consent, so that you are not asked on every page. That entry stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the United States, which Switzerland and the EU recognise as providing adequate protection under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks. IP anonymisation is enabled, and advertising features and ad personalisation are switched off.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for nunopt.com, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit.
Other services this site uses
- Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers to render the site's typefaces. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process.
- OpenStreetMap, used for the embedded studio map on the homepage. Your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation when the map loads.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to click a WhatsApp link. Your conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Who sees your data
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are emailed to info@nunopt.com and stored on the website's hosting server. Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties beyond the service providers named above and our hosting provider, who process it on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nunopt.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to Nuno.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site or the services it uses change. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
