These terms govern personal training services provided by NunoPT, Hornbachstrasse 66, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland. By booking a session you accept them.

Services

NunoPT provides one-to-one and duo personal training in a private studio in Zürich Seefeld, together with related coaching and nutritional guidance. Training programmes are individually designed and adjusted over time.

Coaching advice is general fitness and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace consultation with a physician or physiotherapist.

Health and fitness to train

You confirm that you are in a condition to take part in physical exercise and that you have disclosed any injury, illness, pregnancy, medication or medical condition relevant to your training. If you are unsure, obtain medical clearance before your first session.

You must inform Nuno promptly of any change in your health. Training carries an inherent risk of injury; you take part at your own risk, and NunoPT's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

Booking and the free consultation

The 30-minute introductory consultation is free and carries no obligation to book further sessions. Training sessions are booked by agreement, in person, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are moved free of charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full and deducted from a package.
• If Nuno has to cancel, the session is rescheduled at no cost or credited back to your package.

Late arrival does not extend the session; the session ends at the scheduled time.

Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on the services page and are in Swiss francs, VAT included. Single sessions are payable per session. Packages are payable in advance and are activated on the date of the first session.

Prices may change, but a package already purchased is honoured at the price paid.

Package validity

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of the first session. Packages are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law. In the case of long-term illness or injury, validity can be extended by agreement.

Studio rules

Please arrive in clean indoor training shoes and bring a towel. The studio is a private space; other people may not attend a session without prior agreement.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
